My brother had a great flip clock all through the 70's & 80's. At some point, in a fit of cleaning he tossed it and he's regretted it ever since. I've been on the lookout for one for a while because I think it'd make the perfect kitchen clock on top of the cabinets. This one on ebay isn't bad.

So I've been seeing this furniture trend from quite a few Japanese designers lately, it reminds me of dustbowl meets mid-century modern. I need to find the Wallpaper article about another very similar design house. I originally happened onto this site at hoping for happy accidents.
What I should have bought in Tokyo. Made from crazy material that has a chemical reaction with water (sweat/rain) and actually heats up. Freaking cool, er, hot.
